🚗 Important Notice for Pactolus Car Riders: Car Tag Registration

For the safety and efficiency of our student pick-up process, Pactolus School requires all regular car riders to use an official car tag number issued for the current school year by the main office.

If your child is picked up regularly via car, please be sure to complete the Pactolus Car Rider Registration Application to obtain your tags.  This process needs to be completed at the school.

 

Key Car Tag Information

  • Registration Required: You must complete the application for your child(ren) to receive car tags.
  • Initial Tags: Each family will be issued one car tag at the beginning of the school year.
  • If the previous year's tag is still available, bring that tag into the main office and that tag number will be updated.
  • Siblings: All siblings in the same family will be issued the same car tag number.
  • Replacement Tags: If you need a replacement, additional car tags are available for a cost of $5 per tag.

How to Use Your Car Tag

  • Display: Car tag numbers must be clearly displayed on your rearview mirror during the pick-up process. This allows our staff members to easily see the number and promptly call your child(ren) to your car, keeping the line moving smoothly.
  • Pick-up Permission: The car tags should only be given to an adult who is listed on your Pactolus Car Rider Registration Application and has official permission to pick up your child from school.
